Biomass combustion provide 100 % energy independence

Energy independence due to biomass combustion

The current situation of customers during the energy crisis in Europe prompts them to look for alternative energy sources. Especially when it comes to a safe and cheap alternative to gas or coal heating. Pellet - although it is ecological fuel, it is lacking on the market and it has become simply expensive. So are home and business owners forced to use heat pumps? Certainly not ! The more that no heat pump gives us energy independence - we still use electricity by buying it from state-owned companies, just like gas. It seems that promoting heat pumps is simply copying the history of gas boilers, then customers bear the consequences of politicians' mistakes.

Real energy independence is cheap energy from renewable energy sources. Although advertising heat pumps are definitely not renewable energy sources. The only exception may be the balancing of the heat pump's electricity consumption with photovoltaics. If the energy from the sun compensates for the energy consumption of a heat pump, we have a real renewable energy source - but it is possible in the south of Europe, where the number of sunny days is the highest.

So what are renewable cheap energy sources for home and business?

It is primarily biomass - but the one that is widely available, renewable every year and preferably not processed. Such alternative sources of cheap or rather free energy are:

- straw in the form of briquettes, bales, cubes, etc. Straw renews its resources every year!

- wood chips and branches, especially from windbreaks, branches, fallen trees and the like

- wood chips from energy plants such as miscanthus and the like

- sawdust and edgings from sawmill production and mechanical wood processing

- agrobiomass from renewable sources: husks, seeds, bagasse

- alternative fuels briquettes

- firewood in the form of logs, logs or pieces

Alternative energy sources for heat pumps and gas boilers

A real alternative low-emission heating boiler is the Biowarmer / BIOFLUX series, which is available as a floor standing water heating boiler, a blow-in furnace and a mobile boiler in a container construction. The series of recommended central heating boilers are professional premium class heating devices that operate completely automatically. The combustion and operation automation systems include: automatic ignition and extinguishing, power modulation, automatic ash removal and cleaning, fuel feeder, device operation monitoring, wifi module.

Having access to biomass on our own, we have practically free heating. The cost of heating itself is an important element here, but the aspect of energy independence cannot be ignored - if we have our own fuel for combustion, we will always be independent of gas or electricity prices. This is important not only for homeowners but also for businesses where heat is often needed for technology processes throughout the year.

Automatic heating boilers can be offered in a combi version - in manual and automatic operation.

Combined or hybrid central heating boilers are still a novelty for customers on many markets. These are multi-fuel central heating boilers that can burn wood in manual mode and pellets, wood chips or biomass in automatic mode. Such possibilities are offered by the Sigma dual series, which has had thousands of references and satisfied customers all over Europe for years. Sigma dual is a series of two-fuel boilers with the doubleBIOflex system - if the wood goes out, the biomass burner starts automatically.

What is the doubleBIOflex system?

This is an innovation in biomass boilers, dedicated automation allows automatic switching from manual to automatic fuel. Example: if we burn wood and it burns out, the biomass burner is automatically activated for sustaining. Needless to say, if the peak thermal load of the boiler is on wood, then maintaining the temperature on the pellets significantly reduces its consumption.
